Munchen
Munich was my favorite major city in Germany. We arrived for the day in the early morning and began touring as always with Mark. The first thing we saw was the Glockenspeil which was a huge clock that had little figurines on it and when it hit the hour they would spin around the clock and dance and do whatever they were supposed to do. You get the idea. We continued on to the Cathedral in Munich which was where Cardinal Ratzinger (B16) was prelate and had Mass (a franny Mass) and then were set free. I went exploring with Chris Kepler and ______ we went to the Hofbrau house after wandering around. We were pretty dehydrated and tired so we only ordered half-liters, but I still think it was the second best beir I had in all of Europe. I ordered some weisswurst and a pretzel with it and it was sooo good. After that met up with Caitlin and Paul and rob and them and wanted to continue exploring except I went with the girls because they were going to the English Gartens… I also got to meet Jamie a little bit, she seemed like a really nice girl and is very similar to Caitlin in many ways….veddy nice. So we walked North to the English Gartens from the Hause and saw many intersting things, including many naked people walking around. We took a dip in the creek there and then watched a bunch of english? guys playing cricket…still haven’t figured out how the game actually works. Then, walking out of the park, there was a group of guys that were taking turns surfing on the strong current in the creek, held in one play because of the akward controlled water flow. After this we meandered even more through the town back to the buses and got hung out in the _____platz.
